Tess

Well hello there, my name is Tess, and as you may have guessed I am a mare! I'm pretty proud of the fact that I am the first mare to come to Special Equestrians in quite a while that gets along just fine with all these boy horses. I just don't pay them much attention, but I love when people pay attention to me! It's not hard to, considering I'm such a pretty mare (or so I'm told). Before I came to Special E I was quite the talented Hunter/Jumper horse over at Fox Lake Farms. I have been a show horse for most of my life, but coming here I have found that my other talent is therapeutic riding! I enjoy teaching my riders confidence, as I am a very well trained, steady mare. I am perfect for new independent riders because I never go too fast and know my cues very well. I enjoy hanging out in the pasture with my friend Buster, he looks just like me! I'm not terribly fond of the small horse, Cody, but I will tolerate him in class if I must.
